Federal Owner/Operator Investor Program is the simplest and highly successful program of all the entrepreneur programs. The investor needs to have many years of a business owner or manager experience, CLB 7 (IELTS- 6.0 scores in each module), willing to invest in any part of Canada and run their business as the administrator. There is no minimum amount requirement on the money one needs to invest but your investment must bring financial, cultural, or social benefits to Canada. It will also be sufficient if your investment creates some jobs. Therefore, in practical terms an investment of nearly $150,000 is advisable. The investment does not necessarily need to be in the same fields as your previous experience.
